This is a full-time position. Coordinates the provision of community habilitation services for individuals with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes. Responsible for the overall operation of the program including supervision of staff. Ensures that services are provided in accordance with OPWDD regulations and the agency’s mission, philosophy, values and policies. Provides opportunity for all individuals to be as independent as possible by adhering to the Code of Ethics when assisting in decision-making for all aspects of their lives.
